  • Waters Insurance Agency recently received the 2007-2008 Pacesetter designation from the Motorists Insurance Group. The Pacesetter designation recognizes Waters Insurance Agency’s superior professionalism and profitability. Motorists awards the Pacesetter designation only to those independent insurance agencies in the top tier of its agency force – those who display a commitment to providing policyholders with top quality insurance products and outstanding customer service. Waters Insurance Agency at 700 Ann Street has proudly served the Mid-Ohio Valley for forty-four years.
     

  • Rosa Braham has been appointed by BrickStreet Insurance to serve on the company’s newly formed Specialist Advisory Council. This new council consists of agency client service professionals and company representatives who consult on the BrickStreet Workers’ Compensation product and how it is offered through insurance agencies for the benefit of BrickStreet insureds.
     

  • Ray Fanta, AAI, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the WV Independent Insurance Agents, Inc. As an at-large director, Fanta will actively assist in the regular promotion and marketing of all IIAWV programs and services. At-large directors are elected by a popular vote and may serve up to three consecutive two-year terms. Said association CEO Gray Marion, “Mr. Fanta’s election by his peers is a testament to his obvious dedication to the insurance industry.”

  • Waters Insurance Agency and Motorists Mutual Insurance Company will mark a 50-year anniversary in 2008. Enduring business relationships such as the one between Waters Insurance Agency and Motorists are the product of teamwork, mutual respect and a belief in common values. Waters Insurance Agency was presented with a plaque commemorating this milestone.
