Andrea Williams, Personal Lines
Agent, joined Waters in 2002 as a receptionist, became a licensed
agent in 2005, and is a Notary Public. Andrea is currently working
toward her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Andrea attended Wirt County
High School and graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University at
Parkersburg with an Associates Degree in Business Technology.
